Dolomiti da Sogno

Dolomiti da Sogno is a project that has been committed for years to promoting the Dolomites by telling the stories of the people who live there every day, promoting hikes, refuges, places to eat, and places to sleep. Over the years, the project has evolved significantly and today, in addition to its tourism-related aspects, it has added new sections focused on local traditions, flora, and fauna, aiming to convey a way of living in the mountains with more respect and awareness.

The team consists of four friends united by a passion for the mountains: Nicola Ercolini (founder of the project), Umberto Tridello, Giacomo Romito, and Erica Zilio (ericazetatravel). Among the most important values underlying this project are certainly sharing and mutual help, which, if we wish, are also the foundation of mountain activities.

In the manifesto on dolomitidasogno.it, all the intentions and values of the communication carried out by the team on the website and social media channels are evident.

In particular, “we strive every day to convey to you an idea of simple mountains, without staged photos and without posed shots, to avoid sending messages of a mountain that in reality does not exist.

We are on the side of our mountains. We support and promote projects that are in harmony with nature and that respect it. We want to convey an idea of conscious tourism, for a better mountain experience both for tourists and local people, for those working in rescue services or those managing refuges.

Our advice to everyone is that many times, to really enjoy the mountains, it is not necessarily about reaching the highest peak, but simply sitting on a meadow and enjoying the panorama around us.”
