Wild Mattiello

Giovanni is a landscape photographer who favors the lesser-known, wilder peaks of the Dolomites, where he climbs at night to witness the sunrise from the summit. His passion began at the age of 16 when he started exploring his local mountain, Monte Grappa, first by bicycle and then on foot with a headlamp. He has never abandoned this way of experiencing the mountains, and over time, his excursions have become increasingly challenging.

In recent years, he has become a hiking environmental guide, leading small groups to experience these adventures. He practices hiking, mountain biking, ski mountaineering, canyoning, and climbing.
