IBEX XTL SECOND- Gabel trail running and trekking poles
The word “SECOND” indicates a product that has more or less visible aesthetic defects. These are superficial defects (for example printing, marks or scratches) which do not affect the use or solidity of the product.
Ibex are lightweight, folding poles designed for trail running and outdoor activities such as trekking, especially popular with mountain professionals and mountain guides. They feature the Ultra Lite ergonomic handle with adjustable strap options.
The tube, made of 5 sections of 3k carbon, features Wired technology, which allows it to be compacted in just 37 or 34 cm depending on the size chosen (XTS or XTL). Using a simple button, this technology allows the sections to be divided by loosening the tension of the steel cable running through them. This is a very simple procedure that makes it easy to compact the sticks.
The first section of the tube is adjustable; once the size is adjusted, the length can be fixed by Mono Lock technology, a clamping system that is also suitable for low temperatures.
The tungsten carbide toe ensures excellent grip on the ground, even on difficult trails.
