MULTIGRIP CARBON E.F. – Gabel poles for mountaineering and trekking

Designed for mountaineering and trekking, the Multigrip Carbon E.F. are telescopic poles made of Snake Carbon and reinforced aluminum. They are suitable for experienced hikers, mountain guides, and outdoor professionals. Featuring the ergonomic Ergo Fit grip, they come with the T.C.S. (Automatic Top Click System), a system for releasing and adjusting the strap. This patented Gabel technology applied to the strap allows users to adjust its size or detach it for washing or replacement with a compatible model, all without the need for any tools.

The extension covering the upper part of the pole is the Foam Touring, a foam coating that provides multiple grip points, especially useful during ascents. Snake Carbon and aluminum are the materials used for the pole sections. Both materials result from innovative treatments that achieve an excellent balance between weight and rigidity.

Snake Carbon, affecting the first section, is created by combining high-modulus carbon fabric with a specific geometric shape, all paired with a particular crystallization technology. This reduces the weight of the pole without compromising its strength. The aluminum, affecting the other sections, undergoes the Alocs treatment, an oxidation process that increases surface rigidity.

The poles also feature the Multi Lock system, which involves both internal and external locking mechanisms.
