The Nordic Friend poles are designed for those who have just started practicing Nordic walking or are about to start. They feature a Dual Tech grip with N.C.S (Nordic Click System). This patented Gabel technology allows you to quickly detach the hand strap from the pole with a simple one-handed gesture. By clicking the button located on the top of the grip, you can easily and quickly detach the hand strap.

The Nordic Friend poles are height adjustable and fixed by rotating the sections that make up the shaft. These parts are automatically locked thanks to the L.L.S. (Light Locking System), which consists of an expander placed internally in the pole. The Reflex adhesive is present on the tube, which helps increase visibility during evening walks or in poorly lit environments. The Carbide tip, made of tungsten carbide, ensures excellent traction on most terrains.
