SLK-P – Gabel Slalom poles in aluminium, carbon and Kevlar

The SLK-P is a high-end pole dedicated to professional skiers. Designed especially for slalom races, this model is made up of an upper section in aluminum processed with the F.T.S. treatment. (Foil Treatment Surface) to improve impact resistance and improve aerodynamic efficiency.

The lower section is made of high modulus carbon covered in Kevlar. Thanks to this particular combination of materials, the pole is light but at the same time very resistant. This model is the only one in the Racing series equipped with the special Gate Power technology, developed in collaboration with Gabel coaches: a 210 g weight is inserted inside the handle which allows even less strong athletes to completely break down the gates. All this happens without compromising the balance of the pole or creating stress on the joints.

The tungsten carbide tip guarantees exceptional grip on snow and ice, allowing you to reach high speeds downhill without the risk of losing grip and slipping. Finally, the ergonomic Tiger handle in double density rubber and the comfortable World Cup race strap allow firm and precise control of the pole
