Michela Macalli

Michela is a passionate professional in sports, marketing, and management, with extensive experience in the field. She holds a degree in Sports Science and a Master’s in Sports Marketing and Management. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with several leading organizations, such as INFRONT SPORTS AND MEDIA AG, where she worked from 2012 to 2016.

She began her career as a children’s aquatics instructor in 2000 and has since expanded her experience as a physical education teacher across all school levels, from primary to high school. Starting in 2029, she has also been a teacher in secondary schools. She became a licensed FIFA agent in 2010 and collaborated with LND FIGC for women’s football from 2016 to 2018.

Her passion for sports was ignited at a young age through alpine skiing competitions, in which she participated from 1986 to 2001. Currently, she is a sports commentator for local and international media and has previously collaborated with broadcasters like TV BG and has given interviews to prestigious outlets such as The Times.

She sees herself as a positive example of a female manager in a predominantly male sector, where equal opportunities are still challenging to achieve. She is a dynamic and constantly evolving figure, capable of adapting and growing amidst various professional challenges.

She loves culture and her Orobie mountains, as well as cities rich in history, museums, and art. She enjoys exploring new horizons, both through study and travel, to discover new landscapes, cultures, customs, and people.
