A.I.

The acronym “A.I.” indicates the presence of the Anti Impact system in the poles.

This system patented by Gabel is made up of bearings, positioned inside the pole, absorb and therefore attenuate the vibrations transmitted to the upper part of the body.
In particular, it acts on vibrations lower than 100Hz, caused by the impact of the stick with the ground.

The A.I. system gives greater comfort to those who use poles, especially on hard surfaces (for example asphalt). It’s a comfort that is difficult to give up.

The AI, where provided, can be activated and deactivated according to your needs. Activating and deactivating is very simple: after tightening the stick to size, simply rotate the sections further until you hear a “tic”. This sound tells us that it is active.
To deactivate it, simply rotate the sections in the opposite direction.
