The FR-5 FL LITE is a versatile packable pole suitable for a variety of outdoor activities in all seasons. With this model it is possible to practice everything from trekking to ski mountaineering, from quiet snowshoe excursions to the wildest splitboarding. Designed and built to perform at its best on multi-day excursions and in the most extreme conditions, the FR-5 is also an indispensable tool for mountain experts and mountain guides. The pole is made up of three aluminum sections of 18, 16 and 14 mm in diameter which can be folded in an instant thanks to the WIRED technology. When closed, this model measures only 39 cm and is easily transportable inside a backpack with minimal bulk. Thanks to the ultra-tight U-LOCK aluminum clamp, you will be able to vary the length of the first section of the pole according to your needs with a simple gesture. The ergonomic and comfortable SOFT grip is accompanied by an anti-sweat and anti-slip foam extension which provides further help during the steepest climbs. With the TOP CLICK SYSTEM (T.C.S.) it is possible to easily adjust, remove and replace the very light Tech Lite washable hand strap. This latter accessory has also been treated with a special antibacterial treatment for greater hygiene in the case of intense and prolonged use. Finally, the CARBIDE tungsten tip ensures optimal grip even on the most rugged or slippery terrain while the supplied wheels are interchangeable depending on winter or summer use.
