Stride Gym elastic bands are perfect for those who want to use their Nordic walking poles for purposes other than walking.
In fact, they allow you to transform the sticks into tools with which to carry out muscle strengthening exercises. The tension of the elastics can vary depending on the color, allowing you to increase or decrease the load as needed.

These elastic bands have a buttonhole on one side (e.g. for the feet) and on the other a buttonhole for attaching the pole.

The Green color has a high load of 20 lbs.
