KEVLAR

Kevlar is an extremely resistant anti-cut material that can be alternated or overlapped with carbon layers.

Kevlar is used in the lower section of the poles to not damage the carbon during use.
It is mainly found in products suitable for winter use as it protects from any cuts or damage caused by edges, stones or crampons. For this reason it is used in race models or in products for ski mountaineering, winter trekking and snowshoeing.
