Giuliano Razzoli

Born in Villa Minozzo, Emilia-Romagna in 1984, Giuliano Razzoli is one of the champions who have left their mark on the national and international skiing competition scene. Also called “Razzo”, he has become a real icon in the Italian skiing landscape. On skis from a young age, he immediately showed the qualities of a champion. Following his debut in the Europa Cup during the 2004-2005 season, he distinguished himself in the discipline of slalom.
It’s impossible not to mention the gold medal at the Olympic Games of Vancouver in 2010, where, under the watchful eyes of an emotional Alberto Tomba, he managed to bring back a result to Italy that had been missing for 22 years.

Over the years, he has filled his medal collection with significant accolades, never losing that simplicity and humility that have always characterized him, on and off the slopes.

At the end of the 23/24 racing season, Razzoli has decided to end his long competitive career despite still being at a high level. With 157 World Cup races, 3 Olympic participations, and 8 World Championships, Razzoli has faced numerous challenges, including back problems and injuries, but achieved memorable successes such as the Olympic gold in 2010. Now, at 39, he wishes to dedicate himself to his family and business, while maintaining a connection to the world of skiing. A celebratory event is scheduled for July 20 to honor his career.
