A revolutionary product for the digital monitoring of Nordic Walking, trail running and assisted walking. Gabel e-poles is a revolutionary system for evaluating the physical activity of the upper body, with a distinction between the right and left arm.

Digital poles improve the efficiency of teaching, reaching psycho-motor objectives in less time and allowing you to obtain the maximum benefits derived from Nordic Walking activity. Through the dedicated App, the Gabel e-poles system calculates, stores and displays precise dynamic and performance information of the psycho/motor activity carried out. The system hardware is made up of digital sensors capable of precisely measuring movement characteristics. The app is able to detect temporal, angular parameters and evaluative indices. If combined with the Gabel heart rate monitor, it is possible to link heart rate monitoring to that specific training session.
